We recommend that infrared ear thermometers could have the Maintainence check every two years, and No additional charges for product adjustment(not include the shipping expense) not matter if the product under the warranty period or not. For maintained products with no warranty and/or excluding terms of the warranty, will require customers to pay diagnosis and testing fees.
